Steam from Sydney Central, or join the train at Padstow or Campbelltown. The train continues via Picton, then up the long climb into the Southern Highlands, through the rolling countryside of Bowral and Moss Vale, before arriving at Robertson.

Main course is served whilst the train climbs into the Highlands, prior to arrival at Robertson.

On the return journey, enjoy a leisurely dessert as the train speeds down the Highlands to Sydney.
