Day 1 Sunday,

> Through the night to Albury
 
  • Recapture the romance of rail boarding the Southern Aurora® at Sydney Central for a 3.00 pm departure

  • Scenic late afternoon journey along the south coast and then up the rainforested escarpment to Robertson and Moss Vale

  • Twilight 'dinner in the diner' travelling through the Southern Highlands

  • Restful night aboard en route to Albury


Day 2 Monday,
November 3

VICTORIAN HERITAGE AND HIGH COUNTRY

Picturesque coach journey into the foothills of the beautiful north east Victorian alps -

  • Stop off at the charming old village of Yackandandah.
  • Explore Beechworth - Victoria's best preserved gold town.
  • Enjoy lunch at a café or the tempting old bakery.
  • Visit Beechworrth's wealth of well preserved historic buildings, fascinating Museums, antique and craft shops, atmospheric hotels, attractive parks and gardens.
  • Head into the high country - call in at Myrtleford and Bright.
  • Dine at a specially selected rural restaurant in the pretty Kiewa valley then rejoin the Southern Aurora.

WINE AND JAZZ IN THE MURRAY VALLEY

Go winetasting in the Rutherglen and Milawa wineries -
