Steam spectacular - experience the excitement of three steam locos storming the mountain grades.

Take the easy rail way for a great day out in Leura, Katoomba or Mt Victoria,
or....  continue on to Lithgow’s Zig Zag Railway.

Option: Zig Zag Railway Steam Train
3642 and 3830 will meet a steam special at the Zig Zag Railway’s Bottom Points station. Take the short walk to join the classic carriages and enjoy the steam spectacle storming through the rugged bushland and over the historic viaducts of the original Great Zig Zag. Bring a picnic to enjoy along the way, or a short break at Clarence will allow time to purchase light refreshments from the kiosk. Includes a steam special with classic carriages over the Lithgow Zig Zag from Bottom Points to Clarence and return.
